About Us

We stand behind our reputation and will continue to serve our community with the values instilled by our funeral directors.

Faupel Funeral Home was founded in 1981 by Merl D. Faupel. The original location was on U.S. Highway 19, and in October of 1982, Mr. Faupel moved into his present location.

As his business grew, so did the funeral home. In 1991 another visitation room was added, as well as two more offices and a selection room.

In 2012 we added our hospitality room. It is one of the newest features of our funeral home. If you need a place to eat and relax between visitations, or a nice luncheon after a service, please take a look at what services we can provide for you. We offer several catering packages that provide the up most of service and value for your family. Our room can seat up to 75 guests in a nice relaxing atmosphere equipped with a large screen TV, which can display any slide shows or memorials used during the services.

This room is also available to the public and any civic group that needs a place to meet. Our facilities offer great flexibility to meet your social organization's needs. Please contact us for further details.
