Richard C. Scales, age 88 passed away March 13, 2017. He is pre-deceased by his son Michael and sister Phyllis. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Thelma; son Peter (Sandra); sister Nancy; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. There will be a time of viewing on Monday March 20, 2017 at 9:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a chapel service at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow.
