Born March 29, 1947 in Chester Hospital in Chester, PA. She grew up in Boothwyn, with her parents and two brothers. She loved spending time with her Aunt June and her namesake grandmother, Loretta Palmer. She often spent time reading books at Marcus Library. She graduated from Chichester High School marrying Butch, her high school sweetheart with whom she was married for almost 55 years. Loretta was the most amazing wife and mother to her family. She had a way of making laughter contagious especially when she did her 'Bewitched' nose wiggle. She had an endearing way of getting to know new people by asking all sorts of questions and could carry on a conversation with anyone she met! She loved playing bingo, going for rides with Butch, and always looked forward to planning new adventures.
