John Walter Starkey, 77, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away on May 20, 2022. He is survived by his wife Barbara, sons, Eric, Brian (Maria), Jeff (Amber) and Steven (Rhiann), along with six grandchildren.
He was the owner of Starkey Insurance Agency in New Port Richey for many years.
